Polynucleotides

Polynucleotides are advanced regenerative injectables made from highly purified DNA fragments. They work to repair and revitalise the skin at a cellular level, improving texture, elasticity and overall skin quality. Ideal for delicate areas such as under the eyes, they stimulate collagen production and support long-term skin health for a natural, refreshed appearance.

Our Approach at Trinity Skin Clinic

We will assess your skin, medical history and goals in a detailed consultation prior to your polynucleotide treatment. We selected appropriate treatment areas and plan your treatments to support gradual, natural-looking improvements in skin quality.

What to Expect at Your Treatment

Before

We take a full medical history, discuss your concerns and examine the areas you'd like to treat before agreeing on a personalised treatment plan.

During

Small amounts of product are place into the skin using a series of tiny injections. Topical anaesthetic cream can be applied to keep you comfortable. Treatment usually takes 30-45 minutes.

After

You may notice mild redness, swelling or small bumps at the injection points, which typically settle over the next hours to a few days. Bruising is possible but usually temporary. Clear aftercare instructions are provided, including when to resume active skincare and how best to protect your results.

Results develop gradually as the skin’s regenerative processes are stimulated. Many patients notice a softer, more hydrated look within a few weeks, with further improvements in texture and radiance over the following months. For optimal benefits, a course of treatments is usually recommended, followed by maintenance sessions as advised during your consultation.
